The Dual Degree in Physiotherapy and Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (CAFyD in its Spanish acronym) is a training programme common to both of these two different degrees, which has academic coherence and reinforces the students’ comprehensive training.
The purpose of this dual degree is to add the training synergies of the two degrees that complement one other, from an educational and professional point of view. This simultaneous programme blends together by establishing a specific training itinerary, based on the subjects considered essential in the respective curricula of each degree (Physiotherapy and CAFyD). With this academic programme, students can take on the fundamental knowledge and competencies defined in the study plans of each of the degrees.

*EUNEIZ incorporates work placements into its curricula as an essential element of its learning processes, structuring them as a training activity carried out by university students and supervised by the University. The objective is for students to apply and complement the knowledge acquired in their academic training, thus encouraging the acquisition of skills to exercise in professional activities, facilitating their employability and promoting their capacity for entrepreneurship.
Under the terms and conditions set forth in the aforementioned Royal Decree and the regulations in force, access to the course may be granted to those who meet any of the following requirements (see the access requirements for the University Dual Degree in Physiotherapy and Physical Activity and Sport Sciences).
The University does not envisage any access tests being required for this Degree. Thus, access to the first course of the Degree will be through university pre-registration, a system that guarantees equal conditions in the entry process for the first year of any university course.
Following the model of various renowned universities, physical aptitude tests (PAT) will not be a requirement for access to the Physical Activity and Sport Sciences Degree, although it is advisable to have solid training in matters related to Health Sciences. It is also necessary to be physically fit and maintain this condition, as well as being enthusiastic about sports and be active in general.
